DAY 01
Permanent Makeup Fundamentals and Machine Techniques

11:15 AM–1:00 PM — Equipment Training

  • How a permanent makeup machine works
  • Machine setup and adjustment

  • Cartridge types and needle configurations
  • Choosing the correct needle for the selected area

Selected Technique and Instructor Demonstration

Depending on the selected course, the student will study the following:

  • Creating a precise pre-draw

  • Defining the lower brow line
  • Working with natural asymmetry

Lip Blush

  • Shape mapping
  • Working with natural asymmetry
  • Defined and borderless techniques
  • Shade selection
  • Lip color theory
  • Working with cool and warm tones
  • Understanding how to work with dark or hyperpigmented lips
  • Even pigment implantation

Lash Line Enhancement
  • Eyelid anatomy
  • Understanding the lash line area
  • Creating a safe and precise line
  • Choosing the appropriate thickness
  • Correct line direction
  • Working with the inner and outer corners
  • Safety protocols for procedures around the eyes

10:30–11:30 AM — Practice on Artificial Skin

  • Practising the selected technique

  • Working with the selected needle
  • Preparing to work on a live model

11:30 AM–3:00 PM — Live Instructor Demonstration

The instructor will perform a complete procedure while explaining every step in detail:

  • Client consultation
  • Completing all required forms
  • Reviewing contraindications
  • Selecting the shape and color
  • Creating the pre-draw
  • Preparing the workstation
  • Preparing the skin
  • Setting up the machine
  • Performing the procedure
  • Checking symmetry and pigment saturation
  • Completing the final assessment
  • Taking before-and-after photos
  • Providing aftercare instructions

During the demonstration, the student will closely observe the instructor’s hand position, working depth, machine movements, and the client’s skin response.
DAY 03
Student’s First Live Model

9:00–10:00 AM — Theory and Preparation

  • Reviewing every stage of the procedure
  • Discussing the instructor’s demonstration
  • Client consultation
  • Skin assessment
  • Shape selection
  • Pigment selection
  • Workstation preparation
  • Creating a clear treatment plan for the model

10:00 AM–3:00 PM — First Live Model

The student will perform the procedure under the instructor’s continuous supervision:

  • Conducting the consultation
  • Completing the required documentation
  • Creating the pre-draw
  • Selecting the color
  • Preparing the equipment
  • Performing the procedure
  • Controlling depth and pressure
  • Checking symmetry
  • Correcting mistakes
  • Performing the final assessment
  • Taking before-and-after photos
  • Providing the client with aftercare instructions

The main goal of the first live model is to learn the correct sequence of the procedure and develop safe working habits when working on real skin.
DAY 04
Student’s Second Live Model

Time:
9:00 AM–3:00 PM
9:00–10:00 AM — Theory and Error Review

  • Reviewing the work completed on the first model
  • Correcting hand-positioning mistakes
  • Identifying incorrect working depth
  • Correcting uneven pigment implantation
  • Improving shape mapping
  • Correcting asymmetry
  • Improving the quality of the pre-draw
  • Understanding and responding to different skin reactions
  • Building confidence as an artist

10:00 AM–3:00 PM — Second Live Model

The student will independently complete the full procedure under the instructor’s supervision.

Special attention will be given to:
  • Conducting a confident consultation
  • Creating a precise shape
  • Setting up the machine correctly
  • Implanting pigment evenly
  • Maintaining clean and organized work
  • Achieving symmetry
  • Improving procedure time
  • Communicating professionally with the client

After the procedure, the instructor and student will review the result in detail.
DAY 05
Third Live Model and Final Assessment

  • Reviewing the complete procedure protocol
  • Touch-up guidelines
  • When a touch-up should be performed
  • Assessing healed results
  • Reasons for poor pigment retention

  • Introduction to the removal and lightening of old pigment

During the third live model, the student will complete the procedure as independently as possible:

  • Performing the complete procedure
  • Conducting the final assessment
  • Taking professional photos

2:30–3:00 PM — Final Review
